Actually I read it twice. It was SO inspiring to me! One thing she said which has stuck with me forever was, "If you believed that you could handle anything that came your way, what would you have to fear? The answer is "nothing". Our fear is that we will not be able to handle whatever it is that comes our way. handle it, deal with it, same thing. I have tried to re train myself into believing that I can handle anything that comes my way. Whether good or bad, I can handle it and come out OK. That phrase really helps with the fear of the "unknown" and the "what if's". So.. what if?? So what? I can handle it! Love that saying.
